Silent Majority Foundation and David Larsen have filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Washington, challenging the authority of Governor Jay Inslee and King County Health Officer Dr. Jeff Duchin to impose mandates requiring attendees at certain public venues to show proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test. We’re seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO), injunctive and declaratory relief.
